And of course, Ryan differentiates himself with the more common "hit-and-run" type of agents. Once policy purchased, it would be a miracle to even reach them on the phone, much less ask questions. During the times of need, Ryan has proved to be easily contactable and responsive with questions. He tries his best to check policy cover and of course, being a senior in the field, he was able to provide answers and reassurance to questions about the policy. I believe this is a very important trait: having a sense of responsibility to clients. Ryan works very hard in his field and makes effort to keep in touch with his clients regularly. I got to know Ryan trough a friend’s introduction. We met in late March this year and during the circuit breaker, we worked on organizing my retirement portfolios. Ryan was a solid advisor to me during this exercise. I may know a few things but he was able to present my financial scenarios with his improved templates. He was also open to share his template with me. After 2 weeks of 3 zoom meetings and a few emails. I have now a good file with all the salient income and expenditures template from 55 to 89 years old, this made me more confident in managing my retirement more confidently!

A bit skeptical when I first met Ryan as my policy had been passed over to a few agents who I haven't even met before. But he has been with me for more than 15 years now. How times flies.
