Career Highlights

Joining us and embark on a journey to build an organization deeply entrenched in values that promotes Personal Growth, Work Efficiency and Relationship Development.

Firstly, you will be groomed to be highly competent and successful in financial planning whereby you are empowered to help individuals and families to improve their financial literacy and positioning.

In the meantime, you will be coached for Managerial role. You will be assigned to mentor new colleagues and guide them in their career development through experiential learning, namely on the job training (OJT), presentation role playing and case studies. We believe that your experience can be best transferred via these hands-on methodologies.

Next, as our organization places Relationship Building as our top priority, you will be assigned to create and oversee activities where we can invite families, friends, our customers and non-customers to attend. These are non-business activities and the sole purpose is to build and deepen our relationship with them through fun.

Lastly, you will work with the rest of management team to identify candidates who share the same value and beliefs as us and be part of our work family.

Who Can Apply

• Age 21 years and above
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
• Holding a local Diploma certificate or higher (e.g SP, NYP, NP, TP & etc)
